April 30, 2012 – Cubs Lineup vs Phillies

Thr Cubs go for their first series win in Philadelphia at Citizens Bank Park, ever.  Chris Volstad takes the mound without a victory in his last 15 starts, sounds like a perfect night for a win.  Here is how the Cubs line up.

Chicago Cubs Stats and Standings (as of 4/30/12)

Don’t look now but the Cubs are starting to play better baseball and it’s starting to show in the standings as the Cubs are no longer alone in last place and now trail the first place Cardinals by six games.  The Cubs have gone 5-3 in their last eight games and could be considered on a significant roll if they can take 3 out of 4 from the Phillies tonight.  Full standings and stats after the jump.

Iowa Cubs Stats and Standings (as of 4/30/12)

The Iowa Cubs sit in second place in the American Northern Division but they are still chasing the Oklahoma Storm Chasers by quite a bit, 7 games to be exact.  After a solid start to the season Iowa has gone 2-8 in their last 10, time to pick it up.  Full standings and stats after the jump.

Tennessee Smokies Stats and Standings (as of 4/30/12)

Peoria Chiefs Stats and Standings (as of 4/30/12)
