It’s all come down to this, one game remains after Anthony Rizzo launched a solo home run in the first inning today to extend the no-hit streak! Only four contestants remain as there are only three points remaining, no it becomes strategy, the obvious pick might not be the smart ones for the guys in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. The standings are below, only the players that have a shot at the title are shown, best of luck guys. Be on the lookout for a message from @Cubsnohitstreak for how to submit your final pick.
It hasn’t happened a lot (it will next year) but Starlin Castro lead off the game last night to give a few lucky people who still have faith in him three points. The race is tight, only 12 total possible points remaining (4 games), so if you are outside of that you are no longer on the standings, but thanks for playing! Here are the remaining contestants, good luck boys and girls!
Only one week remains in the Cubs no hit streak contest, and things are close at the top of the standings. Anthony Rizzo kept the streak alive yesterday, about six hours before the game actually ended, that was …. fun. See below for the full standings and make sure you get your picks in this week to make a late charge. Good luck!
Junior Lake owns the no hit streak contest, as you can tell by the graphic above. Yesterday he came through again in the first inning to reward the players that picked him. What is “inner-sting” as Keith Moreland would say, is that a lot of people that normally pick Lake went a different direction yesterday, oops. Full standings below, get your picks in today we only have 12 days left!
Nate does it again! Unfortunately the Cubs couldn’t sweep the Cardinals yesterday, but taking two out of three in St. Louis is okay with me. More importantly (half kidding) Nate came through for a few people who put their faith in him. Below are the standings through yesterday, World Series Dreaming will have a post up later today that you will want to check out as well! Good luck!
